My journey to Elle M is anything but conventional. With a background in Healthcare Administration and 17 years of experience helping doctors grow their practices in the Treasure Valley, my career has always been about connection, care, and community. I’ve spent most of my time in women’s health, learning firsthand the power of confidence and the impact the right outfit can have on how we feel.

Family means the world to me. I’ve been married to my husband, Josh, for 20 years. He’s a retired Army Engineer and former College Football Coach with coaching stints at Boise High School, Boise State University, and College of Idaho. Together, we have two incredible children – Devin, who’s pursuing his dreams at Boise State University, and Gabrielle, our high-spirited teen artist and the hidden muse behind the name “Elle M” (short for Gabrielle Madison). Who knows – maybe someday she’ll join me in the boutique!

In 2020, I ventured into the world of entrepreneurship with Balanced Beauty Boutiques, offering bakery-inspired, non-toxic bath bombs, soaps, and natural skincare products. It was my first taste of bringing joy and beauty to others, but owning a women’s clothing boutique has always been the dream. Now, I get to live that dream every day at Elle M.
